NETS 3.0 - DENSE SPACE

Dense Space is a responsive audiovisual environment. It explores the use of linear fiber material to generate forms that in their interplay with light and motion densify the space, increasing its presence, and augmenting the experience of space.

Exploring the making of form with different yarn material, we search for greater flexibility of form, increasingly larger size, and lighter weight. In this series we explored wool, then carbon fiber, and lastly glass fiber, all materials that when impregnated with resin create rigid forms.
